Lubricating Oil Purifier, Hydraulic Oil Purification
VPCP series oil purifiers are the filtration and dehydration systems specially designed by Company Viking for turbine oil. The high-efficiency dehydration of oil precision filters are integrated, the particles, emulsified water and free water in the oil can be removed effectively. After treatment, the cleanliness of the oil can reach NAS1638 grade 6, the free water content is less than 100 PPM.
Functions:
Filtration cycle: it can be applied as a particle filtration equipment.
Dehydration cycle: emulsified water and free water in turbine oil can be removed.

Equipment principle:
Filtration principle:
The oil flows through the high-efficiency filter element. Through the gradual pore structure of the filter element which gradually reduces along the flow direction, it intercepts the pollution particles of different sizes in different layers, so as to maximize the service life and filtering effect of the filter element.
Dehydration principle:
After passing through the filter FL02, the oil enters the coalescence filter element in the coalescence tank. Due to the unique polar molecules of the coalescence filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into large water drops after passing through the filter element.Due to gravity, big water droplets settle to the lower part of coalescence tank. Part of the smaller water droplets in the inertial action along with the oil up to the separation filter element.
The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through, the water droplets are blocked outside the filter element. After mutual aggregation, the size gradually increases, and finally settles to the water storage tank at the lower part of the coalescence tank for removal. The oil enters the filter element and is discharged from the liquid outlet.
