The VKVP series vacuum oil purifier functions:
Water: can remove 100% free water and 90% dissolved water.
Gas: It can remove 100% free gas and is related to the operating vacuum setting.
Dirt: can remove sediment and pollution particles.
The contaminated oil enters the upper part of the vacuum container through the inlet shut-off valve MV01, oil suction filter FL01, and electric ball valve MV02 under the negative pressure of the vacuum tank, and enters the upper part of the vacuum container through the heating tank HE01 and window SF01. It is sprayed out through the nozzle and forms a stable oil film inside the vacuum tank.
The oil falls to the bottom of the container due to gravity, while gas and water are discharged from the top of the container. In order to maintain a stable vacuum level, the air inside the container is pumped out by vacuum pump P03, and the external air is filtered through side air filter PI01 before entering the container. The air with low relative humidity and polluted oil flow form a large area of oil film flow.
Due to the fact that the vapor pressure of water in the polluted oil film is much higher than that in the air, a large amount of water in the oil vaporizes.
The vacuum pump P03 generates a stable vacuum degree inside the container, thereby obtaining air with low relative humidity.
When external air is drawn into the container through the side air filter PI01 and manual valve MV05, its volume can be increased by 3 to 10 times according to the container vacuum setting, resulting in a decrease in its relative humidity. The vacuum of the container simultaneously causes dissolved gases and other gases in the oil to escape and be pumped out into the atmosphere. At any time, if the vacuum level of the container drops to -0.45 Bar, the system will shut down. This setting value can be adjusted by the customer according to specific application scenarios to achieve optimal efficiency.
The oil that sinks from the bottom of the container is pumped out by outlet pump P02, passes through outlet filter FL02 and outlet isolation valve MV03, and then leaves the oil purifier.
