The principle is to use the saturated vapor pressure of vacuum water to reduce a lot, while the principle of oil basically does not evaporate to remove water in the oil, and to use a precision filter element to remove impurities in the oil. Its advantages are good water removal effect, good impurity removal effect, and stable system operation without human supervision.
The VKVP series vacuum oil purifier functions:
1. Water: can remove 100% free water and 90% dissolved water.
2. Gas: It can remove 100% free gas and is related to the operating vacuum setting.
3. Dirt: can remove sediment and pollution particles.
Equipment operation principle:
1.The contaminated oil is extracted from the system by the inlet pump P01 through the inlet isolation valve MV01 and the oil suction filter FL01. When the vacuum degree at the pump inlet reaches -0.8 Bar (the inlet filter is blocked or the inlet valve is not open), the pump should be stopped and checked for normal operation before starting. Normally, the oil enters the upper part of the vacuum container through the heating element HE01 and the sight window SF01, and is sprayed out through a nozzle to form a stable oil film inside the vacuum tank.
2.The oil falls into the bottom of the container under the action of dry gravity, and gas and water vapor are discharged through the top of the container. In order to maintain a stable vacuum degree, the air inside the container is extracted by vacuum pump P03, and the external air is filtered through the side air filter PI01 before entering the container. Air with low relative humidity and polluted oil flow form a large area of oil film penetration.
3.Due to the fact that the water vapor pressure in the oil film is much higher than that in the dry air, a large amount of water in the oil undergoes gasification. Vacuum pump P03 generates a stable vacuum degree inside the container, thereby obtaining air with low relative humidity.
4.When external air is sucked into the container through the side air filter PI01 level manual valve MV04, its volume can be increased by 3-10 times according to the vacuum degree setting of the container, resulting in a decrease in its relative humidity. The vacuum of the container simultaneously causes dissolved gas and other gases in the oil to escape from the well and be pumped out into the atmosphere. At any time, if the vacuum level of the container drops to -0.45Bar, the system will shut down. This setting can be modified by customers according to specific application scenarios to achieve optimal efficiency.
5.The oil that settles at the bottom of the container is extracted by the outlet pump P02 and exits the oil purifier after passing through the outlet filter FL02, one-way valve CV01, and outlet isolation valve MV02.
