Principle of high efficiency coalescence and separation technology:

Filtration:

Coalescence:
Coalescence is carried out according to the different surface tension of the medium.The coalescence layer is a multi-layer winding structure, which is composed of 3 to 4 kinds of materials. Through the specially designed gas channel structure, the enlargement of flue gas from small oil gas to large oil drop is realized.The Viking coalescence separation filter element combines PAL core technology, with large throughput and strong coalescence capacity. It can be used in harsh environment with long time saturated oil mist. It has incomparable advantages compared with traditional methods such as sintering method and felt laying method.
Separation:
The flue gas passed coalescing filter enters the separation layer of the filter element.Driven by the air, the large oil droplets move forward, collide and polymerize with the separation layer due to the lipophilic / hydrophobic polarity, and finally settle down to the bottom of the container by gravity.
Exhaust:
The separated oil out of the smoke demister is very clean and can be reused directly. The Viking oil Demister meets the design requirements of P & ID system diagram of foreign oil stations, the oil discharge pipeline is specially reserved, and the pipeline goes deep below the minimum liquid level.
