This oil purifeir is a filtration and dehydration system designed for lubricating oil. It integrates precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration of oil, which can effectively remove particles, emulsified water and free water in the oil. After the treatment, the cleanliness of the oil can reach NAS1638-6, and the free water content can be lower than 50PPM.

This oil purifier has been tested and quality inspected according to the company's standard procedures, and necessary tests have also been carried out in accordance with the requirements of the contract before factory delivery. After the test, in order to facilitate transportation, the equipment may have been opened or disassembled, vented and cleaned. Prior to use, the customer should check and ensure that the nuts, bolts, hoses, joints or any other parts are not loose during transportation, and tighten them if necessary.
Check whether the wiring of the electrical components of the equipment is loose, and tighten if necessary.
Before installation, check whether the purification equipment is suitable for the predetermined system, such as pressure, sealing material, etc. Before this oil purifier is connected to the system, check whether the connecting pipeline is clean. This oil purifier is recommended to be connected to the system fuel tank bypass, not directly connected to the system for online use.

- Filtration Principle
The oil flow passes through the high-efficiency filter element from the outside to the inside and intercepts pollution particles of different sizes in layers via the gradually decreasing pore structure along the flow direction, which maximizes the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter element.
- Dehydration Principle
After the oil flows through the filter FL02, it enters the coalescence filter element in the coalescence tank. Due to the unique polar molecules of the coalescence filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into large water droplets after passing through the filter element.
Due to gravity, big water droplets settle to the lower part of the coalescence tank. Part of the smaller water droplets move up with the oil to the separation filter element under the action of inertia.
The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through, the water droplets are blocked outside the filter element. After gathering with each other, the size gradually increases, and finally settles to the water storage tank at the lower part of the coalescence tank due to gravity.
The oil enters the filter element and is discharged from the liquid outlet.
